Case studies for real TxDOT projects have been developed to apply the concepts taught in CON 511. Case Study No. 1 will be used during class to walk through the analysis process and the monthly updating tool. Case Study No. 2 is an example of performing a schedule analysis by hand. A video has been created that shows this process that participants will watch during CON 511. Case Study No. 3 is a supplemental video of performing the analysis process that can be used by CON 511 participants to refresh their understanding of the concepts. Case Study No. 4 and Case Study No. 5 are available for participants to complete during CON 511.
