Module 3: Monthly Updating
The thought of spending a few hours on each project at the end of each month can be daunting. A tool has been created that helps track project progress each month. Using the output of this tool, you can decide when to engage with the contractor or perform additional detailed schedule analyses on updated schedule submissions. The use of this tool will be taught during CON 511. The video provides an additional resource to review when necessary.
